It’s all about road safety
Bilprovningen was founded in 1963 with the public policy mandate to increase the Swedish road safety by performing vehicle inspections. And so it went on for almost fifty years. In 2010 the market was re-regulated and today there are around ten established vehicle inspection companies in Sweden, all of them trying to reach out to the broad target group – vehicle owners.
Bilprovningen is the market leader, a position that the company surely won’t let go. Since 2014 we work closely together with a long-term perspective in making the brand the first choice for even more vehicle owners.
Brakes that brake
The nation-wide image campaign, a discrete (?) flirt with traditional car commercials, pinpointed Bilprovningen’s main focus – road safety. Brakes that brake and steering that steers are fundamental. And did you know that as many as 292 different things are checked every time you take your car to a vehicle inspection at Bilprovningen? Great, don’t you think?
Bilprovningen wants it to be simple, safe and nice to turn to them. This also means it has to be smooth to book, pay for and, if necessary, re-book the appointment. The new website became a priority project and implied a longed-for improvement. Not only did the customers love it – bilprovningen.se was awarded with Guldhanden in the category Best Commercial Website.
